Privacy and cookies

Who we are

Unique Performance Coaching Ltd, company number 14155288, registered in England and Wales. Our address is 70-80 Castle View, Castletown, Sunderland SR5 3DW. You can contact us at info@up-coaching.com.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you enquire. We use them to reply to you and to send you information about our coaching. Our basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding and telling you about similar services.

Who helps us

Squarespace runs this website, Kit and Zapier handle enquiries and email, and Google provides analytics and advertising measurement if you accept cookies. Some of them are based outside the UK and use recognised safeguards. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details on our mailing list until you unsubscribe, ask us to remove them, or haven't engaged with our emails for two years. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We keep a record of anyone who unsubscribes so we don't email them again.

Cookies

With your consent, Google Analytics shows us how the site is used, and Google Ads shows us whether our ads lead to enquiries. We don't use them for remarketing. Our website platform also uses cookies it needs to run. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@up-coaching.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
